1. Introduction & Applicability

1 General Overview

nat24 is an online entertainment platform providing cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between you ("User") and nat24 ("we", "our", "Platform") governing your use of the nat24 platform and all its services.

By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

Important: nat24 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on nat24, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You have the legal right to enter into this agreement as a valid individual.
All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
You have not previously had an account closed or suspended on nat24.
Using this type of service is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Granting third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nat24 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure financial security and user protection. For large withdrawals or when required, we may request your identity document (national ID or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

The information you provide will be used in the verification process and kept secure in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

For depositing funds to nat24, we support four mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming activity and approved withdrawals.

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
nat24 is not responsible for deposit delays caused by technical issues or banking delays.
Always use a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.

nat24 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or if KYC verification has not been completed.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at nat24, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The wagering requirement below must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

No withdrawal from bonus funds will be made until the wagering requirement is completed.
Certain games or bet types may contribute differently toward the wagering calculation.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If the bonus system is abused, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or attempts are made to circumvent bonus conditions through strategic betting methods, nat24 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the account.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Carefully verify all details before placing a bet. If a bet fails to complete due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be refunded.

5.2 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or declared a draw, the full amount of that bet will be refunded. nat24 reserves the right to review bet outcomes in unusual circumstances or in cases of data errors.

5.3 Games & Fair Play

All games on nat24 are operated by recognised software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to influence game outcomes using external tools or software is strictly prohibited.

Winnings obtained from any game software error or bug will not be considered valid.
Automated betting software, bots, or scripts are prohibited.
Colluding with other users to place bets is prohibited.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

6.1 VIP Levels & Benefits

nat24's VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

7. Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
Using fraudulent payment methods.
Using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
Colluding with other users to harm the system.
Attempting to hack or intrude on the platform's software or network.
Providing false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are detected, nat24 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify the relevant authorities.

7.2 Account Closure Process

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed. A self-exclusion request may be made for responsible gaming reasons; once activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

Disruption to games or bet processing due to loss of internet connection.
Issues with the user's own device or software.

nat24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from any of the above circumstances.

11. Applicable Law & General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed, but the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final. nat24 reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these Terms.
